I’m the candidate NO.6, applying for primary/junior/senior school English teacher. 在试讲开始前，可先写上课题(Today，my topic is......, now, class begins.);或热身导入后再转身板书试讲题目。下面以一篇初中英语阅读课为例，详细说明试讲流程。

Step 1: Lead-in
Free talk: Have you had a Birthday party? How did you celebrate your birthday?
T: Good morning, class! Before our class, let’s have a free talk! Everyone has a birthday, right? Could you tell me what did you do on your birthday party?
S: Eat birthday cakes.
S: I had ten candles, because I was 10 years old.
T: Well, all of you had a great birthday party. And would you like to know what did the people in different countries do on their birthday? Okay，today, let’s see the birthday food around the world. (转身板书题目)
Step 2: Pre- reading
Listen to the passage , write down what you hear and try to predict the main idea of the reading passage.
T: Now, boys and girls, listen to the passage, write down what you hear and could you guess what does the article want to tell us? Now, let’s listen. ( 播放录音)
S：I heard “people have birthday cakes with candles.”
T: All of you have a good job! Now let’s learn this passage together and look at what did the people in different countries eat on their birthday. Let’s go!
Step 3: While-reading
Task 1: Skimming
Ask students to read the passage quickly and try to get the main idea of the reading material.
T: Class, now read the passage quickly, could you tell me how many parts does this passage have? Okay, go ahead.
T: Okay, guys, time’s up. Who can tell me how many parts does this passage have?
S: Three parts.
Part 1(para.1): Birthday foods are different in different countries.
Part 2(paras. 2-3): Different countries have different birthday foods, for example, China and UK.
